About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Consultant (2–6 years) to join our Professional Services team in the U.K Shift (2 PM–11 PM). The role involves working directly with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize software solutions across cloud and hybrid environments—using tools like Postman, Azure, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and scripting frameworks. You will handle system integrations, data migrations, API troubleshooting, connectivity setup, and performance validation while coordinating closely with product, development, and IT teams. Responsibilities include executing test plans, resolving technical issues, ensuring environment readiness, delivering technical training, and maintaining detailed implementation documentation. Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Computer Science degree with 65%+ marks, possess strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and have solid knowledge of Azure services, networking fundamentals, authentication protocols, and automation scripting. Passport is mandatory.

This role acts as a bridge between technology and business—ensuring that solutions are seamlessly implemented, customized for client needs, and integrated into existing workflows. Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Work directly with clients, product, development, and network teams to install, configure, and support cloud-based application deployments.
Set up and manage secure connectivity for web-based applications.
Configure integrations using XML, JSON, and REST API frameworks.
Database & Data Management
Execute and validate API requests (via Postman) to troubleshoot issues and support integrations.
Support data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation between legacy systems and new applications.
Perform routine database maintenance and assist in performance optimization.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Work with Microsoft Azure services (virtual machines, networking, storage, and app services).
Configure secure connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments, including VPN-based tunnels.
Provide recommendations on performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Perform root cause analysis across servers, applications, databases, and integrations.
Resolve connectivity, authentication, and API-related issues.
Escalate complex technical issues along with clear documentation.
Integration & Development Support
Configure and validate system-to-system integrations using APIs, middleware, and file-based formats.
Assist developers and clients in troubleshooting authentication methods (OAuth, token-based) and payload structures.
Validate data transfer formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test plans for functional, compatibility, performance, and security testing.
Document issues and work with development teams for resolutions and enhancements.
Client Collaboration & Training
Partner with client IT teams to ensure system readiness and compatibility.
Deliver training and provide technical guidance to client administrators and end-users.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain installation guides, integration documents, troubleshooting guides, and client-specific configuration materials.
Deliver project status updates, issue logs, and reports to clients and internal teams.
Maintain version-controlled documentation through each software release.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
Recommend improvements to implementation frameworks, processes, and tools.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance delivery quality.
Contribute to building a knowledge base of best practices and troubleshooting references.
Required Education
B.E / B.Tech / MCA / Graduate in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 65% aggregate or equivalent grade
