About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Implementation Analyst (2–6 years experience) to join our Professional Services team in the U.K Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The role involves hands-on implementation of software systems, including application deployment on Windows Server environments, IIS setup, SQL-based data validation, data migration, and supporting integrations using XML, JSON, REST APIs, and file-based exchanges. You will work extensively with Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, app services), troubleshoot technical issues across servers, workstations, databases, and applications, and collaborate with client IT teams to ensure readiness and smooth deployment. Responsibilities also include system-to-system integrations, API troubleshooting, creating and executing test plans, maintaining documentation, providing training, and contributing to process improvements and best practices. Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Computer Science degree with 65%+ marks and possess strong skills in SQL, Windows Server administration, IIS, Azure, networking fundamentals, scripting/automation, system monitoring tools, and Active Directory. Passport is mandatory.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing software systems for clients by analyzing requirements, configuring environments, integrating applications, and ensuring smooth end-to-end deployment.This position is hands-on and ideal for candidates who enjoy technical configuration, problem-solving, system setup, and working closely with clients’ IT teams to deliver successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Install, configure, and support application deployments across Windows Server and workstation environments.
Set up and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) for web-based applications.
Configure system integrations using XML, JSON, and REST API frameworks.
Database & Data Management
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.
Assist with data migration including mapping, transformation, and validation.
Perform routine database maintenance and support optimization activities.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Work with Microsoft Azure services including VMs, storage, networking, and app services.
Configure secure connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments.
Provide input on performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers, workstations, databases, and applications.
Resolve connectivity, authentication, and system integration issues.
Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams with detailed documentation.
Integration & Development Support
Configure and test system-to-system integrations using APIs, middleware, and file formats.
Support troubleshooting of API calls, authentication (OAuth, tokens), and payload structures.
Validate and troubleshoot file-based exchanges (XML/CSV/JSON).
Testing & Quality Assurance
Create and execute test plans for application functionality in client environments.
Conduct performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
Document issues and collaborate with development teams for fixes and enhancements.
Client Collaboration & Training
Work with client IT teams to validate environment readiness and compatibility.
Provide training and technical guidance to administrators and end-users.
Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain installation guides, integration documents, troubleshooting manuals, and client-specific configurations.
Provide status reports, issue logs, and project updates.
Ensure documentation is version-controlled and up to date with each release.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
Recommend improvements to implementation frameworks, processes, and tools.
Stay updated on emerging technologies across cloud, integration, and infrastructure domains.
Contribute to a shared knowledge base for best practices and troubleshooting steps.
Required Education
B.E / B.Tech / MCA / Graduate in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 65% overall academic score or equivalent grade
Technical Skills Required
