About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for management review.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or hiring events.
Required Skills & Tools
2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience in technical hiring or volume hiring.
Knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
