The role requires strong communication skills, expertise in recruitment tools/job portals, and the ability to manage multiple positions effectively. This is a Work From Office (Noida) position with opportunities to support employer branding and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

About the Role


We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for management review.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or hiring events.


Required Skills & Tools


  • 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with HR software and ATS platforms.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in technical hiring or volume hiring.

  • Knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment reporting.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
