About the Role

We are hiring a Document Design Analyst (2–5 years experience, U.K shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM; Passport mandatory) to join our Document Design Group. The role involves designing, formatting, and enhancing financial documents for banks and credit unions, converting customer requirements into accurate templates, ensuring quality and consistency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Project Management, Development, and Customer Experience teams. Candidates should hold an IT-related degree, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project tools. Experience with XML/HTML, scripting, document automation platforms, and knowledge of banking or financial services is preferred, along with strong communication and the ability to learn new tools and follow structured processes.

About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Document Design Analyst to join our growing Document Design team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build their career in fintech, design, or software implementation.You will work closely with internal teams to design, structure, and format customer-facing financial documents using tools like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and proprietary design platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create, format, and enhance financial documents for banks and credit unions.

  • Translate customer requirements into accurate, well-designed templates.

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Development, and Customer Experience teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Conduct quality checks on all outgoing documents to maintain accuracy and consistency.

  • Troubleshoot and revise documents based on internal or client feedback.

  • Participate in training sessions on tools, product knowledge, and customer workflows.

  • Work with document automation and design platforms to support client-based deliverables.


Qualifications


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Passport is mandatory.


Preferred Skills


  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for design precision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project management tools.

  • Ability to learn new tools and follow structured processes.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Experience with XML, HTML, or scripting languages is a plus.

  • Background in banking or financial services is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with document automation tools and platforms.
