Primary Responsibility:

You will be responsible for leading customer implementations, configuring data integrations, and resolving technical issues while ensuring successful onboarding and deployment of data intelligence solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Job Specification:

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects

  • Configure data mappings, APIs, and system integrations

  • Troubleshoot data, connectivity, and performance issues

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams

Required Skills & Tools:

  • SQL, Data Warehousing, and Schema Design

  • JavaScript and/or PHP

  • API Integrations and Data Mapping

  • Query Optimization and Technical Troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

  • FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services Experience

  • Full-Stack Development Exposure

  • Systems Integration and Data Operations Experience

  • Client-Facing Technical Consulting Experience
