Primary Responsibility:
You will own the product backlog and drive product releases for a banking and fintech platform serving banks and credit unions. You will translate customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user stories with actionable acceptance criteria. Partnering with stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams, you will guide features from concept to launch, keep priorities aligned, and ensure every release delivers clear value.
Job Specification:
Define and drive product releases, translating complex business and regulatory requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog so development teams focus on the highest-value work, while balancing near-term customer needs with the long-term platform vision
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, Engineering, QA, Design, Marketing, and Customer teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing product capabilities and integrations
Coordinate product launches, including defining scope, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring teams are ready for release
Support Agile delivery and drive continuous product improvement based on user feedback and data insights
Required Skills & Tools:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2-5 Years of Experience in Product Management or an equivalent industry role
Proven Track Record of Delivering, Launching, and Iterating on Products from Concept to Launch
Requirements Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Backlog Prioritization
Agile Methodologies (Scrum or Kanban preferred); Jira, Trello, Figjam, or similar tools
Preferred Skills:
Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
Ability to Bridge Business and Technical Teams
Experience in Banking, Fintech, or Regulatory-Driven Products
Ownership, Accountability, and Learning Mindset
Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in Agile Environments
