Primary Responsibility:

As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will support end-to-end Veeva Network implementations, including data integration, configuration, and master data management activities for global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data solutions, successful deployments, and ongoing system optimization.

Job Specification:

  • Support Veeva Network implementation and configuration activities

  • Perform data migration, validation, and quality management

  • Configure workflows, match rules, and business processes

  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver client solutions

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Veeva Network or similar MDM platforms

  • SQL, Data Modeling, and ETL/Data Integration Tools

  • Master Data Management (MDM) concepts

  • Understanding of Pharma and Life Sciences domain processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Veeva CRM, OpenData, or Vault knowledge

  • Experience with ETL and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of Data Governance practices

  • Veeva Network Certification (Preferred)
