Primary Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claims status
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts
Verify patient eligibility and benefits as per US healthcare norms
Work on AR follow-up, claim correction, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (completed)
Candidates pursuing post-graduation may also apply
1–2 years of experience in AR Calling / Follow-up with US Healthcare
Willingness to work night shifts (night conveyance provided)
Location: Faridabad
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Required Skills & Tools:
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge of AR follow-up and claims processes
Familiarity with US healthcare billing/insurance terminology
Ability to meet productivity and quality targets consistently
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with claim correction and denial management
Understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
Strong coordination skills for cross-team claim resolution
Comfort working in a target-driven, night-shift environment
